Octoberfest Parade

On Sunday, October 2nd, members of Resurrection Lutheran Church and Iglesia San Jose participated in Franklin Park's Octoberfest Parade.  Our theme was "Live and Help Live".  The members collected food items and money along the parade route to support the Food 4 Life program at the church.  This program supports over 150 people per month with food and clothing.  Mission coordinator, Janet, very much appreciated the efforts of the two congregations and the donations.  For information about this ministry, please call the church office.
